This Privacy Policy sets out how the app LOKD Media Vault ('LOKD' 'the app') uses and protects your personal data.

Summary

LOKD doesn't collect any of your personal information, other than information you voluntarily provide when communicating with the LOKD team. Any information provided will not be shared with anyone.

User Data

All user data is stored locally on the users device and is never seen by us or shared with a third party.

App Permissions

The app will request permission to access certain features of a device, if those features are needed to provide specific app functions and will not be used for other purposes.
Camera - Required to take photos or record video within the app using the devices camera.
Face ID - Required to enable biometric login.
Microphone - Required to record audio while recording video from the devices camera.
Photos - Required to import photos and videos from, or export to, the Photos app.

Crash Logs & Analytics

Apple will collect anonymised crash logs and statistics our behalf if you have given them permission to do so. This information helps us fix problems with the app and may contain things like the OS version or hardware model of the device the crash occurred on.
